Ownership... Who we are.

Carlyn, is mother of two and married to David Guidry.  Carlyn has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and has taught for 20 years in Livingston Parish public schools.

David, husband of Carlyn and father of two, is an Attorney for DSLD with a private law practice.

Robbie, mother of Carlyn and Catherine, has 33 years of teaching and coaching experience, serves as a Board member for the tri-parish Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and is a past President and member of the Denham Springs Athletic Association.

Catherine is a mother of four, has a B.S. in Nursing, has worked in home health and hospice for over 25 years, was the Chief Nursing Officer for Generation Hospice Service Corporation and is now the Senior Director of Clinical Services for a national hospice medical device provider for hospice and palliative care, Hospi Corp.

Mike is married to Catherine, is a father of seven, has an B.S. in Social Work and a Masters Degree in Health Care Management.  He has over 35 years experience in healthcare, most recently as CEO of Generations Hospice Service Corporation.
